“Billy” is a 1978 Dodge Power Wagon — a true farm truck in the most honest sense of the word. Unrestored and proudly original, he represents America’s hardworking pickup at its most authentic. Built for utility rather than polish, Billy carries the character, stance, and purpose that made the Power Wagon a legend on farms and back roads across the country. Preserved just as he earned it, his softly faded paint and timeworn details bring a level of realism that can’t be replicated.

At weddings and events, Billy is intentionally informal — a perfect fit for farm, barn, and country celebrations, relaxed grand exits, and editorial-style photo sessions. Available with hay bales if you like, he creates images that feel genuine, grounded, and unmistakably rural. "Billy" is also a great choice for TV and film projects, having appeared in The Daily Show  as well as several TV commercials. This very truck helped raise a generation on our family farm in North Carolina, and today he continues that story as part of our Birmingham collection. (If a freshly restored, glossy finish is preferred, we recommend “Tiger”.)

What's in a name?

“Billy” is named in honor of our uncle — a lifelong machinist and mechanic whose passion for Chrysler, Dodge, and Plymouth vehicles shaped our appreciation for honest, well-built machines meant to work hard and last.
