Over nearly three decades, we’ve provided classic cars for weddings in 12 states, coordinating travel with our own trucks, trailers, and experienced transport team to protect both the vehicle and your timeline.

Classic cars are different than modern vehicles — and professional wedding service is different than a short appearance. To protect your experience, we plan for early arrival, intentional staging, and a relaxed window for portraits and departure.

That approach is also why we accept one wedding per car, per day — yours. A dedicated schedule allows a car to be prepared, transported safely when needed, and available without pressure from another booking.

Primary service areas by collection

Below are the regions each collection most commonly serves. These are not hard boundaries — they’re simply a practical guide. If your venue falls between collections, we’ll help you choose the best fit based on your favorite car and how your day is structured.

Birmingham Collection

From Birmingham, we most often serve weddings across Alabama and into parts of Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, and the Florida Gulf Coast. This includes Birmingham, Mountain Brook, Homewood, Hoover, Vestavia Hills, and surrounding venues — plus common travel cities such as Tuscaloosa, Auburn/Opelika, Montgomery, and Columbus, Georgia. We also serve Gulf Coast weddings in areas such as Mobile, Fairhope, and Orange Beach by request.

Huntsville Collection

From Huntsville, we serve the North Alabama region including Huntsville/Madison, Decatur, Athens, and the Shoals area (Florence/Muscle Shoals). This collection also supports select travel weddings in Tennessee — including Chattanooga and Nashville — and Northwest Georgia, including Lookout Mountain and Trenton — based on the car and timeline.

Mississippi Collection (Jackson)

From the Jackson area, we serve weddings throughout Mississippi — including Madison, Meridian, Hattiesburg, Vicksburg, and the Mississippi Gulf Coast (Biloxi, Gulfport, and surrounding venues). We also travel into neighboring regions such as Louisiana, Southern Arkansas, and select Tennessee areas, including Memphis.

Western Carolinas Collection (near Asheville)

Our Western Carolinas collection serves Western North Carolina and the Piedmont — including Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and Charlotte-area venues — as well as mountain areas such as Asheville, Highlands, and surrounding destinations. We also frequently serve the South Carolina Upstate (Greenville, Spartanburg, Traveler's Rest), and we occasionally travel to larger destination cities such as Columbia or Charleston. This collection also reaches into East Tennessee - including Knoxville and the Tri-Cities, Southwestern Virginia areas such as Bristol, and Northeast Georgia towns such as Blue Ridge and Ellijay.

Kansas City Collection

In Kansas City, we serve a ~200-mile radius around the metro area by request, based on calendar availability and travel logistics.

How to choose the best collection for your venue

In most cases, the closest collection is the most efficient fit — especially if you’re selecting from multiple great vehicle options. Keeping travel efficient helps keep the overall plan simpler, calmer, and more cost-effective.

In other cases, a specific car or photo vision may be worth traveling for. We recently transported a Birmingham collection car to Lynchburg, Virginia to fit the perfect wedding-day look. We’ll help you think through that tradeoff clearly. Either way, we’ll talk through your venue, timeline, and priorities up front so there are no surprises later.

How wedding travel typically works

While every event is unique, most weddings fall into one of the categories below. We’ll always walk through this with you personally before finalizing a reservation.

Local Weddings (Within ~50 miles of a collection)

Venues within roughly 50 miles of a collection are typically considered local. These events usually do not require trailering, and allow most cars to be prepared and driven directly to the venue.

Local weddings offer the greatest flexibility in car selection, arrival timing, and on-site presence, and are often the simplest to coordinate.

Extended Local Weddings (Approximately 50–100 miles)

Weddings in this range require a bit more intentional planning. Depending on the specific vehicle, road conditions, and timeline, the car may be driven or transported by trailer to ensure it arrives settled and ready.

These events typically do not require an overnight stay for us, but early coordination allows the car to be staged calmly and without pressure on the wedding day.

Regional Weddings (100–250 miles)

For venues more than 100 miles from a collection, we plan for regional travel that includes trailering the vehicle so it can arrive well ahead of your wedding.

This allows time for calm staging, photography, and on-site presence without compressing your timeline. In most cases, we plan overnight accommodations for our chauffeur team after your wedding, with return travel the following day.

All lodging and travel logistics for our chauffeurs are handled by us — without introducing another "to-do" list item for you.

Destination Weddings (250+ miles)

Weddings more than 250 miles from a collection typically involve multi-day planning and extended travel coordination.

For these events, we often transport the vehicle and arrive the day before the wedding so everything is in place early and without pressure.

As with all extended travel events, lodging and transportation for our chauffeurs are coordinated by our team, so there’s nothing additional for you or your planner to manage.

A gentle note about travel and investment

For venues outside a collection’s immediate area, travel can become a meaningful part of the overall reservation. That reflects professional transport, crew time, early arrival and staging, and the responsibility of moving a vintage vehicle safely — not just mileage.
